What this service is

This portal lets anyone confirm whether a document was issued by Uni B Agency, and what its current status is. It is free to use and requires no account.

What a verification result means

A result of genuine means the document was issued by Uni B Agency, on the date shown, and holds the status shown at the moment you checked.

It does not mean:

• That the person presenting the document to you is the person it was issued to
• That the terms inside it are still being performed by everyone involved
• That any wider claim being made around the document is true

A result of no record means we have no document with that reference. It is not, on its own, proof of forgery — a mistyped character produces the same answer. If the reference is definitely correct and still returns nothing, we did not issue it.

Acceptable use

You may use this portal to verify documents you have received or been shown. You may not:

• Attempt to enumerate document references by working through combinations
• Automate requests beyond the published rate limits, or attempt to evade them
• Attempt to gain access to documents you are not entitled to
• Copy the directory in bulk for republication
• Interfere with the service or attempt to disrupt it for others

Published documents

Documents in the public directory are published deliberately and may be read, quoted and shared. We ask that you quote the document ID alongside any extract, so that anyone reading it can verify it too. Publication does not transfer copyright.

Availability

We aim to keep this portal available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If it is unavailable and you need a document verified urgently, email us and a person will confirm it by hand.

Accuracy and liability

We take care to keep the record accurate and to update a document's status promptly when it changes. Verification reflects our records at the moment you check.

To the extent permitted by law, Uni B Agency is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of a verification result. Verification confirms a document; it does not substitute for your own judgement about the situation around it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
