Our stand against document fraud.
What we do to keep our documents trustworthy, what we do when someone abuses them, and what you can do if something looks wrong.
Why we take this seriously
Uni B Agency works in a market where paperwork opens doors. A letter can get someone through an interview. A signed contract can release funds. A certificate can settle a hiring decision. That usefulness is exactly what makes documents worth faking.
We've seen enough of it — in our industry and around us — to know that "trust us" is not good enough. Trust should be verifiable. So we made ours verifiable, and we're saying so publicly, because a promise you can't check isn't a promise.
What we commit to
We stamp everything. Every document that leaves Uni B Agency carries a unique document ID and a QR code, generated at the moment of issue. If a document claiming to be ours has neither, treat it as unverified.
We keep the record, and we keep it accurate. The status you see here is the status in our system. When a document is replaced or withdrawn, we update it — usually the same day, and always within two business days.
We never charge for verification. Not to individuals, not to employers, not to institutions. Anyone who asks you to pay to verify a Uni B Agency document is not acting for us.
We never ask you to send money or personal identity documents to verify something. If a message claiming to be from us asks for a transfer, a fee, a card number, or a copy of your ID in order to "confirm" a document, it isn't from us. Close it and tell us.
We answer. Every verification query and every fraud report reaches a person. We aim to reply within one business day, and faster when money is at stake.
We act. When we confirm a forgery, we revoke the affected reference where one exists, notify the parties we can reach, and — where the situation warrants it — refer the matter to legal counsel or the appropriate authorities. We do not quietly let it go.
We protect the people who tell us. You can report a suspected forgery anonymously. We won't publish your name, and we won't share your details beyond what's necessary to deal with the matter.
What we ask of you
Check before you act. If a document matters to a decision, verify it. It takes seconds and costs nothing.
Check the address, not just the logo. Our people write from
@unibagency.com. Logos are easy to copy. Domains are not.
Be suspicious of urgency. Fraud runs on pressure — deadlines, penalties, one-time opportunities. Genuine business from us can wait for you to verify it.
Tell us early. A report while money is still in your account is far more useful than one after it's gone.
How to spot a document that isn't ours
- No document ID and no QR code in the footer.
-
An ID that doesn't follow our format:
UNI-then a project code, a category code, a four-digit year-and-month, and a three-digit number. - A QR code that leads anywhere other than
. - An ID that looks right but returns no result here.
- Details on the page that don't match what this portal shows — a different date, a different title, a different status.
- A request for payment, or an email address that isn't
@unibagency.com.
Anti-fraud isn't only our job
Verification works because both sides use it. If you're an employer, a bank, a school or an institution that receives documents from us regularly, we'll help you build checking into your process — including a way to verify in bulk. Email contact@unibagency.com and ask.
Something doesn't look right?
Tell us. It takes two minutes, you can stay anonymous, and it might stop someone else getting hurt.
