So we built a public record you can check against, and we put it in the open. Not behind a login. Not on request. Here, for anyone, at any time.
Stamped at the source
Every document leaves our office with a unique ID and a QR code generated the moment it's issued. Nothing is added later, and nothing genuine goes out without one.
Checked against our own records
When you verify a document, you're not reading a badge printed on a page. You're querying the record we keep, and getting the answer straight from us.
Kept current, not just correct
Documents change. Contracts get replaced, offers expire, agreements end. We tell you whether a document is active, superseded by a newer version, or revoked — so you're not acting on something that's no longer true.
Open by default, private where it matters
Anyone can confirm that a document is real. Only the people named in it can open it. Confirming authenticity and reading contents are two different things, and we treat them that way.
We are against document fraud, and we've made it easy to catch.
Forged documents cause real damage. A fake internship letter costs a student a place. A fake contract costs a business money. A fake invoice costs someone their savings. When a name is used to give a lie credibility, the people who get hurt are usually the ones with the least room to absorb it.
We're not willing to let our name be used that way. So we did the straightforward thing: we made every document we issue checkable by anyone who receives it, and we published the tool for free.
If a document says Uni B Agency and it doesn't verify here, we did not issue it. That's not a hedge or a disclaimer — it's a statement we're prepared to stand behind, and it's why this portal is public.
A verification service is only worth something if it can't be faked either.
Anyone can build a page that says "verified". What matters is whether the answer can be forged, guessed, or quietly changed after the fact. Here is what stands behind ours.
Each document is cryptographically sealed
When we issue a document we record a fingerprint of its exact bytes and sign it with a key that never leaves our server. Change one character of the file and the fingerprint no longer matches — so a document cannot be altered after issue and still verify.
The QR code can't be guessed
The code encodes a 32-character random token, not the document ID. There is no sequence to walk and no pattern to work out. Possessing a working code is itself evidence of possessing the document.
Typing an ID tells you less, on purpose
Document IDs end in a running number, so anyone could try the next one. Type an ID and we confirm authenticity but withhold the title and the exact date. Scan the code and you get everything. Honest checks are unaffected; fishing expeditions get nothing.
The files are not on the public internet
Documents are stored outside the web server's reach under unguessable names. No URL leads to them. Every download is authorised against the recipient list first and written to an audit log before a single byte is sent.
Results are never indexed or previewed
Verification pages carry instructions that keep them out of search engines, and they generate no link previews. Paste a verification link into a group chat and no card appears revealing what the document is.
Nothing important happens silently
Every verification, every download and every change to a document is recorded. If our processing pipeline breaks, the system raises an alarm rather than carrying on and reporting success. Silence is treated as a failure, not as good news.
